Because she loves antiques, bric-a-brac and other treasures she has spent her time over the years hunting out all the furniture and knick-knacks that decorate her house today giving a delightful combination of comfort and originality .

Perfuming the bed sheets, putting together colourful and romantic bunches of flowers, going at crack of dawn to fetch croissants, fruit and newspapers for her guests, drying the washing in the fresh air and cooking up jams that have the flavours of summer – these are the simple everyday pleasures that she is happy to share.

She welcomes holiday makers for a week or longer, but throughout the year she will also welcome those who stop for one night only: ramblers, business men, people passing through
In Kristen’s house there is one bedroom for the grown-ups with a large double bed, and a room for the kids with two single beds ; a living area consisting of lounge with tv, hi-fi and Wifi access, a dining area, kitchen, and  wet room . All the bed linen is new as are the kitchen appliances.  
There is a covered decking area where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening sunshine. There is also an outdoor room where you can have lunch or an evening meal and cook your fish on the barbecue.

The private and enclosed garden is sheltered from the wind; comfortable seating and a rocking chair will lull you into a life of idleness!
