• A contribution to the local community charge of 0.33 € per person per day is levied on behalf of the local authority.

• The meter is read at the start of your stay and when you leave.
• Every booking has to be confirmed by completing and returning a rental contract at least a week before arrival, accompanied by a deposit of 30%.
• The balance is payable on arrival.
• Possibility to rent linen : sheet and towel.
